The Role
Candidates with MNC exposure within the professional services sector and additional ACCA, ACA or CA qualifications are required for this highly operational UAE Finance Manager role based in Dubai. Reporting directly into the Regional Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be required to travel to the 2nd location in Abu Dhabi on a regular basis and therefore only those with their own vehicle and a UAE driving license will be shortlisted for this position. You will possess a strong grasp of IFRS protocols and oversee the day-to-day financial cycle including financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, monthly balance sheets (including inter-company) , AR/AP, payroll, P&L analysis, submission of reports via Hyperion and VAT AND WHT filings. You will therefore be fully supporting your line manager and the senior teams, acting as a Business Partner to the Head of Departments in the afore mentioned locations. The Finance Manger will also support and coach junior team members with regards to operational efficiencies and ensuring robust policies and procedures to maximise control and minimise risk.

Requirements
The successful applicant will be an experienced finance professional with a minimum of 2 years of managing a small team and UAE financial exposure. You will be a critical thinker, able to analyse financial information down to the last detail and interpret this to those at senior level. With excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure tight controls and a motivated team, this role is a great opportunity for a determined and hard-working finance professional within a global MNC.
