The Role
A superb consultancy group is seeking a professional and motivated candidate to join their close-knit office in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. A friendly environment, personality fit is as important as skill set for this role. This is a dual faceted role which reports to the Managing Director and as his EA you work closely together, managing his extensive diary and travel schedule as well as regarding implementing and advising in a strategic capacity on operational projects, including liaising with financial institutions and corporate clients. You will also oversee all the office coordination and business operations, managing a small admin team and looking after the day to day running of the office.

Requirements
Due to the unique structure of the company, the HR function is based within the UK. Hence as HR officer, you liaise extensively with the HR service provider in London and provide comprehensive support as policies and procedures are rolled out to global offices. You will assist and promote employee engagement strategies and be the first point of contact for any internal HR matters. The role covers full HR administration relating to the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offer letters, contracts, probation, and employee changes. Although you are not responsible for payroll, you will assist and provide information to Finance for the monthly payroll run. This position would suit an EA who likes some breadth within their role and who likes to be deeply embedded in the business.
