The Role
Our client is a bespoke professional HR Consultancy, offering a superb opportunity to a young, fresh graduate / school leaver looking for their first role in Dubai. The position will report to the MD’s Executive Assistant and will be responsible for all the back office administrative function as well as the social media activity for the firm. As part of the team, you will discuss social media strategy and manage all relevant platforms. You will make regular postings, follow relevant organizations, and form relationships through social media. You will be creative, building momentum for the brand through the power of social media. Additionally, you will assist with all the administration requirements of the office, formatting documents, CRM system updates, liaising with clients and meeting and greeting visitors to the office.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be well educated and an excellent communicator. It is essential that you are fluent in English with excellent written grammatical English and that you are confident and able to work in a demanding environment. You must be able to prioritize and have strong interpersonal skills. This is a small office, and everyone works together. This is a great opportunity for those seeking their first corporate role following graduation and our client will offer full training, support and mentoring as you develop your career. Ideally, the successful candidate will be under family visa status.
