• To provide full spectrum of professional EA support to the two executives
• To perform efficient email management for the two senior executives, exercising a high level of judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
• To perform effective diary management for the two senior executives’ schedules Including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, minute-taking and other follow up tasks
• To book and manage all aspects of business travel for the two executives
• To manage the expenses of the two executives
• To prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and proposals
• To participate in and assist with specific projects and events as required
• Handle confidential information and keep sensitive information in strict confidence
• To maintain an effective network of contacts both within the company, the wider group, and externally
  
• To carry out duties following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and company shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business

Requirements

• Possess relevant working experience in serving senior management, preferably in the finance industry
  
• High proficiency in MS Office
  
• Independent with strong analytical skills, business acumen and detailed-oriented
  
• Effective planning and organizing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Presentable, good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people from diverse backgrounds and with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  
• Self-motivated and motivates others to achieve
• Able to work under pressure
