inoi Hiring for Customer Support Administrator at Dubai Full Time

About us:

INOI is international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years’ experience in mobile phone business. We are seeking a highly skilled website Customer Support administrator to join our team.

Role & responsibility:

• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat on Zendesk.
• Prioritize and handle customer support tickets through the Zendesk platform.
• Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features of our product or service.
• Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar customer service role.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support software and databases.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-first mentality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Understanding of how CRM systems work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
