The Role
As a customer-centric organization, we are striving to always deliver the best possible results for our clients and partners. The Customer Success Team plays an instrumental role in our service delivery and is one of the main pillars of our relationship management. As we grow the number of digital and sponsorship services, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to help deliver on our client’s objectives.
We’re looking for someone who is client obsessed and solution-driven, who is a collaborative team player, an excellent communicator and can handle large scale projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a track record of relationship building, being organized, and structured in their approach and able to articulate to senior level individuals in client organizations.
Our bespoke solutions require input and engagement from multiple internal stakeholder groups and we are looking for someone with the ability to coordinate a complex web of project fulfilment internally whilst maintaining customer engagement and managing their expectations is going to be crucial to be successful in this role.
A particular attribute to the Senior Specialist is the ability to independently run large scale projects, as well as manage and coordinate internal stakeholders and temporary staff.
