Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new business and expanding our client base. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Responsibilities:
● Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events
● Conduct sales calls and schedule appointments with potential clients to present and discuss our products and services
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs and drive business growth
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies and tactics as necessary.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and
sales forecasts in the CRM system
● Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to expand your network and stay informed about market developments
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● Years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role, preferably within the sector
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
●Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ●Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team ● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
