Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Builds Market Position By Locating, Developing, Defining, And Closing Business Relationships.
- Identifies Trendsetter Ideas By Researching Industry And Related Events, Publications, And Announcements.
- Tracks Individual Contributors And Their Accomplishments.
- Locates Or Proposes Potential Business Deals By Contacting Potential Partners.
- Discovers And Explores Business Opportunities.
- Screens Potential Business Deals By Analyzing Market Strategies, Deal Requirements, And Financials.
- Evaluates Options And Resolves Internal Priorities.
- Recommends Equity Investments.
- Develops Negotiating Strategies And Positions By Studying Integration Of New Venture With Company Strategies And Operations.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Determine And Define Project Scope And Objectives
- Predict Resources Needed To Reach Objectives And Manage Resources In An Effective And Efficient Manner
- Prepare Budget Based On Scope Of Work And Resource Requirements
- Track Project Costs In Order To Meet Budget
- Develop And Manage A Detailed Project Schedule And Work Plan
- Provide Project Updates On A Consistent Basis To Various Stakeholders About Strategy, Adjustments, And Progress
- Manage Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers By Assigning Tasks And Communicating Expected Deliverables
- Utilize Industry Best Practices, Techniques, And Standards Throughout Entire Project Execution
- Monitor Progress And Make Adjustments As Needed
- Measure Project Performance To Identify Areas For Improvement
Operation Head Responsibilities
- Formulate Business Strategy With Others In The Executive Team
- Design Policies That Align With Overall Strategy
- Implement Efficient Processes And Standards
- Coordinate Customer Service Operations And Find Ways To Ensure Customer Retention
- Ensure Compliance With Local And International Laws (E.G. Data Protection)
- Oversee The Implementation Of Technology Solutions Throughout The Organization
- Manage Contracts And Relations With Customers, Vendors, Partners And Other Stakeholders
- Evaluate Risk And Lead Quality Assurance Efforts
- Oversee Expenses And Budgeting To Help The Organization Optimize Costs And Benefits Mentor And Motivate Teams To Achieve Productivity And Engagement
- Report On Operational Performance And Suggest Improvements.
