Your day to day

We are looking for a fresh graduate to assist in administrative in tasks and be able to work with Powerpoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and Word documentation on a daily basis.

You will:

• Handle administration for projects within hotels operations
• Supports the Head of Franchise Performance with administrative duties

• Attend meetings with Head of Franchise Performance and take meeting notes
• Work on ad-hoc projects to enhance the business and business needs
• Be customer centric in tasks and creative with ideas

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both numerical and written works
• Organized and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global organization
