Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for a talented Operations Manager to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

This role requires extensive organization and leadership skills as well as keen understanding of all the inner working of a hotel, with special knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations.

The responsibilities of this role will be to develop and implement strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations. Moreover to work collaboratively with all department managers of Restaurants, Rooms, Banqueting and Security to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. The role requires ability to solve problems as they arise and come up with solutions in a timely manner to meet guest satisfaction. As a hotel operations manager, you may need to solve issues related to employee performance, customer service, maintenance issues and more.

What we need from you

The ideal person must have at least 5 years of solid leadership experience with a track record of progressive work, related to a busy Food & Beverage environment. This role requires the candidate to possess strong capabilities in planning & organizing, be detail-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure.
