Operations Analyst / Dubai, UAE
Adecco is looking to hire an Operations Analyst for one of our prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE
Education & Qualification:
Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting
Master’s degree in business or related field
Job Summary:
An Operations analyst must be dependable, flexible and come with good people management skills. Must be able to effectively drive the generation of additional revenues and positive financial results for the Company through positive analysis of operations.
Responsibilities:
- To understand, acknowledge and sign off the Yearly Plan for the business.
- Oversee the Global photography analysis of the Company.
- To handle risk management and prepare contingency plans for the Operations department .
- Synthesize current business intelligence data to produce reports and polished presentations highlighting findings and recommending changes.
- Drafts and Maintains Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly reports on Company Operational KPIs to assess success and account for deficiencies.
- Optimizes Company operational processes with the aim of Increasing operational efficiencies of Maximizing the top line Revenue o Achieving the Optimum GP.
- Regularly evaluates accuracy, consistency and importance of current operational reports to determine which documents to maintain and scope exclusions allowing the Company operations team to focus on delivering actual results.
- Builds a library of operational workflows/ models and reusable based assets to produce consistent, streamlined and standardized processes.
- Guides Operations Team Members on the most operationally efficient way to execute projects and initiatives
- Analyze and interpret financial reports and department budgets.
- Make strategic decisions to achieve business results and growth in liaison with Vice President – Operations.
