Your day to day

To support the restaurant operations achieving business objectives through customer focused service delivery. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

• As an F&B Supervisor you will be responsible in ensuring staff are working together as a team to optimize service delivery and ensure guest requests are attended in a timely manner.
• Making sure the team members are properly trained in all the tasks.
• You will also be responsible to ensure the necessary supplies and tools are available at all times, cleanliness of all equipment is to standard and the areas are hygienic and clean
• Maintaining inventories and stock as per the requirements.
• In addition, you will support and encourage all of your fellow F&B service colleagues to be responsible for service and operational processes
• Inspecting storage areas for organization and proper use of FIFO.
• May assist with other duties as assigned

What we need from you

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Ideally, the incumbent should have 2 years of experience in a similar role
• from a luxury property. You should be a team player and
• Able to communicate in English fluently, other languages are a plus.
• One should hold a presentable personality
