Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies aimed at engaging employees, assessing the change impact and ensure readiness for change of different types of business transformation initiatives across IFFCO Group.
The Change Lead (CL) position will closely collaborate with sponsors and project management to embed the OCM strategy across project planning, business process optimization, training and knowledge transfer and implementation support across various projects. CLM will ensure that teams are utilizing various CM tools and techniques to minimize disruption across business. Key deliverables include stakeholder analysis, leadership engagement, communications, organizational alignment, training and support, and project reinforcement for business transformation sustainability.
This position will closely work with the IFFCO Group leadership and business development teams to support the building and growth of a dedicated team that offers Organizational Change Management (OCM) as a service to the group.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Owning and leading a team of change agents / analysts to deliver Change Management for large scale transformations
• Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs
• Working to drive digital transformation, culture change, behavior change, change adoption
• Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
• Conducting stakeholder analysis to enable the delivery of messaging tailored to the stakeholders’ needs
• Assisting the organization with developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses
• Co-creating solutions and conducting user review sessions, and running stakeholder agreement meetings
• Conducting a Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans
• Ensuring smooth transition to new ways of working through effective change interventions
• Designing and implementing strategies for sustained behavior shift and culture change

Work experience requirement

• Minimum 8 years of experience in driving change management-related programs (change enablement strategy and associated interventions, change adoption organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
• Experience in managing end to end change program for technology driven change, behavior change, culture change, change adoption or in the automation context sur as a GBS setup & run program
• Experience of working on ERP implementations, enterprise-wide technology transformations, cloud-based implementations, Intelligent Automation implementations, Shared Service setups education and awareness programs
• Experience of working on Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups
