Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Human Resources department in all processes.
Carry out the complete recruitment and selection process (posting of vacancies, review of resumes, interviews with candidates, management with managers in charge, presentation of job offer, management of files, induction of new staff.)
Presentation of Complete shortlists in comparative report (Candidates already interviewed, with investigation of references, psychometric tests, etc.)
Provide induction to new staff.
Support in delivery of benefits logistics (Uniforms, Card, files, etc.)
Ensure that at the time of entry of new collaborators, they have complete documentation. (check list of files)
Job Qualifications:
– Academic level: Psychology degree, Business Administration or related career
– Experience: massive recruitment processes, knowledge of recruitment techniques, application of psychometric tests, management of platforms
