Job Description:

In this role, you will be required to lead a sales team to achieve your and your team’s organizational goals and B2B sales targets. We offer excellent growth and a diverse work environment with lucrative benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and retain the existing ones, maintaining the portfolio of our clients.
• Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
• Advising customers on technology upgrades as compared to our competitor’s products.
• Conduct personal meetings & Accompany Sales officers to client’s Meetings/E.
• Guide and train Sales officers about our product.
• Plan to ensure achievement of team and individual targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
• Maintain strong customer relations.
• Coordinate with the CEO and design a growth strategy focused on semi-annual and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within the operating regions.
• Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity.
• Consolidate information needed for monthly & quarterly sales activity reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
• 5+ years within fintech, IT, and software companies, FX &CFDs financial brokerages firms related.
• English Is a Must; other languages are a plus.
