Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a broad spectrum of skills to take on a crucial role in our customer service and client relations department.
Core Responsibilites
  • Qualify Members for investment tours
  • Push to travel qualified members to Dubai
  • Achieve a substantial tour conversion rate monthly
  • Ensure a full book of business for arrivals and scheduled tours monthly
  • Generate member referrals
  • Market and sell memberships
  • Handle all qualified member queries/complaints
  • Ensure member satisfaction and overall positive experience during their visit to Dubai

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Charismatic & Friendly
  • Face to face sales & telesales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driven by sales and commission
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Work effectively as a team player
  • Language skills- Should be fluent in English, French and Arabic
