Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Bell Attendant is responsible to assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, executive floor, communication center or concierge.To assist guests with check-in and checkout and to carry their luggage to or from their rooms.
To maintain good traffic flows and keep the driveway free of traffic and accessible for the incoming vehicles.
To escort guests to their rooms and explain all services provided by the hotel such as restaurants, fitness center etc. Upon reaching the room explain about the climate control, minibar, fire exists, TV and if they need any other services.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
