Job purpose:
To boost HoS and related companies’ reputation and brand globally by ensuring a proactive approach to Marketing and PR. Ensure all companies have Marketing and PR support and conform to global standards
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support marketing activities for all group businesses
- Develop marketing plans including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Help develop HoS intranet
- Build content pipeline and related activities (eg events) for all business units
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and social media
- Build and track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

External: Customers | Vendors | Banks | Customers | Media, influencers, customers
Internal: Finance | HR & Admin | Operations | Commercial | Sales Marketing, Commercial, Leadership
Education requirements:
Graduate/ Masters level education
Language requirements:
English and others if available
Background and experience:
Strong marketing and preferably Logistics and Shipping background
Competencies and skills:
Good computer skills, excellent presentation ability, very “social” person, self starter, comfortable working with leadership and all levels
