Position Summary
The ideal candidate will implement and execute compensation and benefits analysis for GFG globally. The candidate will have excellent analytical and data skills and will support global head of reward with the salary program design, incentive plan design, policies and benefits, job evaluations and harmonization of career paths & grading across GFG businesses worldwide to meet organization objectives and needs.
