We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Cyber Security Training Manager to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for providing, developing and growing cybersecurity training services working in partnership with the sales, cyber offering management, HPS-Automation College, and cyber professional services teams to ensure financial and technical success. This includes customer satisfaction in the areas of cybersecurity training courses and offerings. The Cybersecurity Training Manager is expected to understand how financial success is measured and contribute to the overall success of the department relating the overall key business objectives and goals to training program objectives. The Cybersecurity Training Manager should be able to perceive problems well in advance, and consider the broad range of financial, commercial, and technical factors in assessing situations, identifying possible solutions and implementing the approved solutions. The Cybersecurity Training Manager will serve as the single point of contact for all Cybersecurity training requests and deliveries. Given the need, the Cybersecurity Training Manager may assist the Industrial Cyber Security Sales team on project pursuits providing expertise in proposal development and solution presentation for customers. The successful candidate will possess the ability to be strategic and tactical while developing the cybersecurity business.

The position will have a direct reporting relationship to the Sr Cybersecurity Manager, Centers of Excellence.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Cybersecurity training department

• Manage and coordinate development of cybersecurity eLearning or instructor-led training courses and materials for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Build and manage a team of cyber professionals capable of developing and delivering cyber training both in person and virtual.

• Work with internal business leaders and develop a charter for Honeywell engineers’ Competency development plan and drive the same.

• Coordinate with Automation College to align cyber training offerings and registration with overall Honeywell training course catalogue.

• Facilitate coordination of training curricula leveraging input from the business.

• Partner with Cybersecurity Operations Managers to organize the resources to deliver course content.

• Maintain course schedules in training catalogue and track attendees.

• Facilitate the procurement of third-party hardware/software required for the delivery of approved training courses.

• Responsible for forecasting revenue and deliverables.

• Coordinate with Cyber leadership to devise annual training and budget plans (AOP & CAPEX)

• Work with sales pursuit teams during pre-award activities. As needed, assists in the development of training scope, cost estimates, price/value positioning, and presentations within technical capabilities.

• Establish mechanisms for enhancing training instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production.

• Liaison with Sales, Service, and Project key personnel to ensure the cyber training scope is well understood and delivered as committed with ultimate customer satisfaction.

• Requires 10-30% travel

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, computer, electrical), computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in process control systems engineering or a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience

• 5 years’ experience in OT Cybersecurity implementation or support.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Industrial Automation and Control projects

• Minimum 3 years providing cyber training or other technical training.

• Effective written and verbal skills to enable strong communication capabilities

• Network/Security Certification: CCNA, CCDA, CISSP, etc

• Articulate, effective communicator with strong soft skills

• Fluent English
