We are facilities management and we need an assistant to support in operation and other additional tasks. Please read the responsibilities and only apply if you can handle it and if salary offered is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Helping in sales and marketing when not busy in the office.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Experience as a virtual assistant.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Social Media handling.
• Other tasks given by Office Manager.

Requirements:

• FRESHERS are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in Accounting is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Social media posting knowledge and experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Tagalog (Preferred)
