You as a Solution Sales Manager – Communication will be part of Hitachi Energy in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the HUB Marketing & Sales Manager MEA, you will be planning and ensuring execution of the mission critical wired communication sales strategy for middle east for Hitachi Energy (HE), to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and services in a profitable way. Leading and developing and coaching the sales organization proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Supporting existing accounts and developing new account relationships to win new customers to meet quota. Associating with other HE organizations and 3rd party resellers to maximize sales. Associating with HE Telecom Product Management and Marketing on customers’ and sales team’s needs to increase market share.
