What will I be doing?
The Vice President, HR Operations MEA&T will lead the Property HR function for Team Members across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey region (MEA&T) region within EMEA, partnering with the Area Operations President, Area Vice Presidents of Operations in overseeing Hilton’s dynamic, growing markets. You will be a key change agent responsible for implementing a new level of strategic HR engagement.
You will assess the opportunities within MEA&T to craft and implement strategic HR initiatives across multiple subject areas and functions. You will also be responsible for driving the talent agenda for the region which includes scaling our teams, resources, and aligning processes to meet the significant growth over the next several years.
You will also draw on your experience working with a senior hospitality management team involving multiple brands with hourly front-line employees distributed over a wide geography. While you’ll need experience in all aspects of HR and strong strategic business partnering skills, we’re looking for a strong and innovative leader with a demonstrated ability to lead a world-class team.
