A Housekeeping Runner is responsible for supporting Houskeeping operations and delivering guest amenities to serve an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Runner, you are responsible for supporting housekeeping operations and delivering guest amenities, laundry and dry cleaning to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Housekeeping Runner will also be required to manage and respond to guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure support is provided to the housekeeping function when required.
• Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards
• Greet guests in public areas and rooms in a warm and friendly manner
• Deliver requested items throughout areas throughout the hotel and organize items
• Load deliver carts according to specifications
• Conduct inventory, complete appropriate inventory forms and determine restocking requirements
• Maintain complete and accurate records of distributed items
• Report maintenance and hazard issues
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
