Your new company

A well known Aviation company are looking for a Senior Architect – Fit Out Design specialist to join their Strategy and development team on a 10 month contract. This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious organisation and gain valuable work experience.

Your new role
You will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed design proposals to meet the Fit-Out needs of clients. In addition, you will be reviewing and approving the Fit-Out proposals developed by the Clients / Client appointed Consultants ensuring that, architectural designs and scope of works prepared are in line with internal International Standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelors degree in Architectural design
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Design Software
• Written and verbal proficiency in English (Arabic is a bonus but not essential)
• General knowledge in related applicable engineering disciplines / systems (eg.LV, MV electrical, HVAC, Mechanic Systems, Special Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Structural, Airfield and associated)
• Clear understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view and Work Management processes
