We are seeking a Online Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning Marketing team. Our Online Marketing Specialists are responsible for the performance side of Online Marketing. The specialists lead all facets of digital performance campaigns and social activity designed to generate leads for the sales team. Working closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager and Campaign Leads, they collaborate on making setup campaigns, managing performance, making recommendations on target audiences, and maximising budgets, ROI and CPC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with the Marketing Campaign Leads to execute performance campaigns across the haus & haus group of companies
- Implement agreed campaigns in required tools, collaborating with creative and copywriting teams to develop appropriate assets to meet the campaign needs
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of campaigns, including data insights, results and recommendations – ensuring performance campaigns are generating leads and strong ROI
- Maintain a strong level of attention to detail, ensuring appropriate testing and reviewing from campaign development to lead management with agents
- Manage related tools and platforms for lead generation, including Google My Business, Facebook/Instagram Advertising campaigns and web tools
- Identify critical conversion and drop off points, optimising user funnels
- Update tasks and projects using Monday.com
Required skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles within online marketing and performance campaigns
- Demonstrated experience setting up and optimising online campaigns using performance marketing tools for SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- 2+ years working in a marketing environment, executive fast paced campaigns with a large number of executions in market at once
- Above average English skills. Able to clearly communicate results and recommendations in written reports and verbal updates
- A proactive team player that goes above and beyond, passionate about delivering outstanding execution and driving results for the business
