The Role

We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our team at our electronic distribution company. In this role, you will be responsible for entering expenses, sales orders, and purchase orders into our accounting/CRM system, as well as assisting our overseas offices in verifying and posting their entries. You will also have the opportunity to assist with general secretary/admin work and coordinate logistics and freight with clients and overseas suppliers. If you have the skills and desire, you may also have the chance to manage follow-up on sales reporting and sales targets by overseas sales staff. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Requirements
As an independent and decision-making individual, you will thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic company. With a background in finance, accounting, and administration, you will have the skills and experience necessary to succeed in this role. Experience in logistics and procurement from foreign suppliers is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision or ODOO software is a must.
