The Admin assistant and facilitator role is to ensure that every unit that GuestReady onboards is up to the correct standards and quality. It will suit an individual with a great eye for detail and a passion for home design and holiday letting. The position will grant valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling start-up in Dubai. This could be your opportunity to join a high-growth start-up to build yourself and build the company simultaneously. You will be part of a team of onboarding specialists and home stylists who work simultaneously to onboard new properties that homeowners give us to manage.

Responsibilities (non-concluding):

• Time management and coordination of delivering furnishings and orders
• Work in unison with our Onboarding Specialists, stylist and photographers
• Build relationships and coordinate with the team (Sales & Account Management)
• Facilitate document collection and build a rapport with clients
• Support and assist the team with day to day operations
• Ordering furniture and being the main point of contact for deliveries
• Data input
• Quality control of the units we manage

Requirements for the role:

• Well-spoken English (this is a must), other languages such as Arabic are a plus!
• Ability to work under pressure being calm and composed
• Extremely organised
• Fast worker with the ability to absorb information
• Great communicator
• Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues
• Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail
• Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
• Flexibility to work from the office or remotely
• Availability to handle requests at most times including the weekend
