Responsibilities:
– Respond fast to leads and client inquiries.
– Manage leads and maintain communication using a CRM system.
– Act as an agent between sellers and buyers for a smooth closing process.
– Assess client requirements and financial capabilities to provide suitable solutions.
– Assist clients in property transactions, including viewings, negotiations, and doentation.
– Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, markets, best practices, and financing options.
– Present properties effectively, highlighting unique features to attract buyers.
– Conduct market research for current trends, values, and sales comparisons.
– Develop and maintain client relationships, providing personalized service.
– Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and generate leads.
– Utilize social media to showcase properties and reach potential buyers.
Qualifications:
– Having a proven real estate experience is advantageous.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Efficient lead management and CRM proficiency.
– Familiarity with property showings, negotiations, and doentation processes.
– Independent work ability and effective teamwork.
– Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
– Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
– Prior experience or demonstrated success as a social media influencer in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
– Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
– Upbeat, positive, punctual, and ready for a challenge
– Proficient written and spoken English skills are essential for this role.
