Excelsior Hotel Downtown Hiring for Income Auditor Job at Dubai Full Time

• To audit all revenue transactions for accuracy
• To audit all revenue transactions and confirm techniques and methods used to meet our standards and policy and procedure.
• Ensure all revenue transactions recorded are consistent and perform according to our standard Procedures.
• Prepare and issue management reports daily, weekly, and monthly and as when required.
• Post revenue, cash and statistics journals consistently and update general ledger.
• Update system programmed accordingly as required by the F & B Manager.
• To maintain proper filing and adhere to the record retention report as per policy and procedure.
• To assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of the forecast, budget and other management reports.
• To review the night audits logbook and bring matters of importance to Chief Accountant attention immediately.
• Make sure to have proper sales contract signed by both the parties
• Also make sure to have the guarantee amount from the guest.
• There will be no credit if the credit policy is not signed by the company
• If the sales staff taking personal guarantee then make sure have the sign PM form with all the approvals.

• Hospitality Background: 1 year (Preferred)
