GAS Co LLC Hiring for Accountant & Credit Controller Job at Dubai Full Time

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Following up payments as needed by the customers.
• Processing and reconciliation of invoices

• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, and reconciling entries.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’.
• Ensuring timely payment of debts and petty cash
• Checking and posting receipts to accounting systems.
• Preparing Financials and Knowledge of SAGE System.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified: Degree in Accounts- B.com and preferred CA/ACCA /ICMAP or ICMAI , CA Inter.
• Accountant OR credit collection – 2- 4 years of experience.
• MS Office – EXCEL – Advance level, SAGE X3 will be preferred OR Must-Have ERP Accounting System.
• Salary: Depending on the candidate’s experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills
