We connect consumers, financial institutions, merchants, governments, and businesses worldwide and enable them to use secure and convenient forms of medical transportation globally.
To cater to our exponential demand we are looking for an Operations Executive for our Dubai Office who will add to our vision and fit the requirements of the role and our company ethos.
Job Duties
Day-to-day back office activities
Preparing and following-up quotations, invoices through our CRM
Converting leads to sales
Handling Operational tasks
Excellent organization and planning skills // multitasking
Managing and supervising staff
Leadership skills
Being able to work under pressure
Have a right to work in the UAE (a valid residence visa with NOC (if applicable))
Qualifications
Candidate must have a Postgraduate Qualification from renowned business school in Europe or US.
Candidate must be multilingual to cater to our exponential global demand and be able to certify their level of literacy in the language(s) requested above.
Candidate must be willing to work according to EU timings out of the UAE.
Candidate must be driven, share a European work mindset and ethos and also be willing to undertake responsibilities within the organisation that extend beyond his/her role.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have worked in a high-pressure work environment prior to their application of this vacancy at a renowned organisation.
Candidates who demonstrate close nexus with dealing with consumers in the EEA zone, in the healthcare industry will be preferred.
Language: Must have native level fluency in German or Dutch and English (spoken & written)

Salary of 6,000-10,000 AED monthly (depending on your skillset and performance) which will be reassessed after 2 months
