As a Tele Call Sales Person , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services, identifying customer needs, and closing sales deals. Your passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries. Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
2) Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
3) Sales Pitch: Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer. Highlight how our offerings can solve their problems or meet their needs.
4) Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their interest, budget, and timeline for purchase.
5) Closing Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
6) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
7) Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
