Key Responsibilities
Provide Training to the teaching staff (EYFS curriculum)
Individualized Learning Support:
Identify the individual needs and learning styles of each child and provide tailored support accordingly..
Parent and Guardian Communication:
Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Behavior Management:
Implement positive behavior management techniques to encourage appropriate behavior and social skills in children.
Address behavioral challenges in a constructive and nurturing manner.
Health and Safety:
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring that the learning environment is clean, safe, and free from hazards..
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child’s development, progress, and achievements.
Keep records of attendance, incidents, and communication with parents or guardians.
Professional Development:
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
