Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service representative, who will be directly responsible for communicating with respective clients, addressing their requests, complaints and feedback. This is a role for an intelligent, motivated, self-starter who is looking for a job that has ample career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Actively monitoring orders placed up to completion.
Answering inbound calls and chats from customers, riders, and restaurants.
Proactively liaising with riders and restaurants to ensure orders run smoothly.
Providing feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience.
Execute service recovery initiatives to eliminate/lower customer churn.
Proficient in assessing customer needs
Perform Customer Service duties that require familiarity with products and operations
Excellent customer service skills
Analytical Skills, Good communication skills, Listening skills.
Requirements:
Responding to customer issues via email, phone and chat.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries.
Liaise with department managers in undertaking tasks relevant to current department needs (Customer Care Department).
Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and late nights. (Flexible schedule)
Release Batch files for customer online orders.
Answer internal and customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service.
Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via chat, telephone, or email.
Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution.
