A Translation Company is looking for an Admin cum Accountant with knowledge and excellent in Tally Accounting software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
– Manage all accounting transactions.
– Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
– Handle quarterly and closings.
– Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
– Manage all bills
– Collect/submit cheque payments and documents.
– Assist in office admin works.
– Excellent in Business Writing (i.e., letters, memos, etc.)
– Develop and maintain a filing system.
– Ensuring all accounting data are recorded.
– Preparing invoices and coordinating with suppliers.
– Develop and maintain an accounts system for the company.
– Able to travel between two branch offices.
– Can do cash audit and spot checks
– Preferably with driver’s license.
