DOYUF.COM is a rapidly growing, profitable eCommerce marketplace organization and we are on the look out for a “SALES – PRODUCT ONBOARDING MANAGER?

– Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce B2B – B2C product onboarding required.

– Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant processes to be able to influence sellers to come on to our Marketplace.

– Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction and identifying / onboarding strategic brands, sellers.

– Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”.

– Demonstrated ability with direct management of teams, motivation and continued development of team members.

Qualifications:

– Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in UAE and GCC with exposure to prior interactions with brands, sellers and distributors.

– 5+ years of sales experience.

– Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing in e-commerce sector.

– Great work ethic and should be able to work in a startup environment

– Prior experience influencing / onboarding sellers on marketplace platforms.

– Should have good Verbal and written communication skills, ability to persuade, convince and simplify complex problems

– Strong Analytical skills, self-driven result oriented, skilled in negotiations.
