Head of maid for a private family is a position responsible for overseeing and managing the household staff and operations of a private residence. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Job Responsibility:
Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate household staff members, including housekeepers, Maids, gardeners, and other domestic employees. Ensure that staff members perform their duties effectively and maintain a high standard of service
Household Operations: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, including managing schedules, coordinating events and appointments, handling household finances, and ensuring the smooth running of all household systems and services.
Vendor Management: to ensure the best possible services and products for the family.
Budgeting and Financial Management: provide regular reports to the family members
Security and Safety: Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the family and the residence. Implement security protocols, emergency procedures, and maintain awareness of potential risks or threats.
Confidentiality and Discretion -Uphold strict confidentiality standards and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, personal matters, and family affairs.

Proven Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-net-worth private residence or estate
