Full Time Hiring for Operation Supervisor at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor (Dispatcher) with at least 2-3 years of experience in the same field. You are expected to execute the plan, route, and schedule for an assigned fleet of luxury cars and drivers to ensure optimum productivity, service levels, and revenue.

Key responsibilities: · Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs

· Work with external vendors, including mechanics.
. Uber and Careem experience and other portal.
. previse limousine experience is must.
. ready to join ASAP.

· Maintain inventory of spare parts and tires

· Monitor fuel levels

· Maintain a database of the vehicles and driver information

· Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements

· Hiring vehicles from local market and keep updating customers.

· collect maintenance report form drivers and keep history

· Monitoring Closely the drivers performance and implement Detention if there is any delays .

· Sharing with drivers the company policy and insure it’s
· Working with the human resources department to schedule employee training on company vehicles

· Coordinating with the accounting department to arrange for payment for services rendered

UAE experience is a must
