We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Account Manager with Graphic Design expertise. As a Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, you will utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing and impactful content for our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to meet marketing objectives.
• Manage and maintain our company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand’s presence remains innovative and relevant.
• Design visually appealing and engaging graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and promotions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit visual content, including infographics, banners, social media ads, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data and provide insights to optimize social media strategies, content, and engagement, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Proactively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful connections with our followers and customers, building brand loyalty and trust through positive interactions and customer service.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style for different social media platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Creativity and a passion for visual storytelling and creating compelling content.
