Housekeeping:
Hotel housekeeping staff are responsible for keeping the hotel clean and safe for guests. Maintenance workers perform routine upkeep on the hotel HVAC systems, lighting and plumbing. They may also perform minor repairs on floors, roofs, walls and doors.
Food Service:
Food service staff will work in a hotel bar, cafe and restaurant areas of a hotel. He/She assign guests to tables, take food orders, serve food, process payments and clear tables. They may also deliver food as part of the hotel’s room service.
Hotel Kitchen:
The hotel kitchen staff prepares room service meals and food for special events. They are also in charge of cleaning dishes used by customers. Executive chefs have years of experience in a professional kitchen, often working their way up from entry-level jobs such as line cooks.
