Fendi Hiring for Finance Department Internship Job at Dubai Full Time

As an Intern in the Fendi Middle East Finance Department, you will have the opportunity to gain a good understanding about invoicing and procurement management policies, as well as closing and budgeting processes proper of a luxury retail organization. You will also get to gain insights of projects involving accounting systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor the creation of the purchase orders coordinating with all departments and stores, guarantee the invoice validation workflow works and it is finalized
• Support during the closing process for several reports/topics coordinating with the external accounting team
• Be actively involved in roll out of Finance projects
• Harmonization of the invoicing and procurement management
• Improvement of time management and communication between company departments and external vendors with regards to finance and accounting matters
• Facilitate the handover of the accounting to the shared service department

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
• Microsoft Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Analytical, accurate, and detail oriented
• Teamwork, effective communication, and financial expertise
• Presentation skills
