Full Time Hiring for Reservations – Ticketing Officer at Dubai Full Time

About the job – We are looking for a passionate and excellent Ticketing Officer to join our team! The Ticketing Officer is primarily responsible for bookings airline tickets, A2A, B2B, B2C with tour packages, and other required services.
Qualifications: Degree in Hospitality and Travel Tourism Business – minimum 3 or more years of experience working in the Travel and Tourism Industry
– Knowledgeable in reservations and ticketing using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo System) with online portals. – Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. – Excellent Customer Service – Negotiation Skills with Suppliers – A positive, “can do” attitude -Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Job Responsibilities: – Bookings of airline tickets and other required services.- Preparation of Travel Quotations and Proposals for Leisure clients, VVIPs, and Corporate Accounts- Assist the Sales Team with their Queries and Requests- Build and maintain good working relationships with our customers and suppliers- Act as a personal and reliable Travel Advisor by providing recommendations and accurate information to confirm all reservations- Flexible to accommodate any changes and last-minute requests.
