The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with administrative tasks. This position is based in Dubai.
Skill and Experience:
-
5-8 years of experience in Oil and Gas.

Experience in supporting Crew moment as per Project requirement.

Experience in coordinating inspections for Vessels and Equipment as per requirements.

Experience in coordinating with the Workshop team to prepare daily reports and records.

Experience in preparing Timesheets for the field staff.

Coordinating for Visa processing as per Project requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work productively and effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
