About the Role:

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is looking for a Concierge Coordinator. Candidates must have a passion for excellence, and the ability to deliver exceptional service. Our Concierge team is dedicated to accommodating guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

The Concierge Coordinator manages a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations. This individual takes the lead with reviewing all incoming correspondence and prioritize items, acting upon routine matters without supervision.

He or she will require great enthusiasm and commitment in addition to an acute ability to problem solve. They must answer telephones, redirect as necessary and handle all Concierge matters.

This position reports to the Concierge Manager.

The main responsibilities of the Four Seasons Concierge Coordinator is as follows:

Job Responsibilities

• Program and direct activity options, as well as dining, shopping and other attractions, in order to create an unsurpassed luxury resort guest experience.
• Answer telephones, redirect as necessary and handle all Concierge matters.
• Assures that Concierge team is well versed in activities, as well as the Hotels outlets, with appropriately updated information through maintaining close contacts with vendors in the area.
• Cover Concierge desk shifts when required.
• Reconciles the monthly 3rd party invoices.
• Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested.
• Assemble agenda items and prepare draft agendas for meetings. Take minutes and distribute accordingly.
• Responds properly in any Hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Works harmoniously with Front Desk, Reservations, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures.
• Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market and be fluent in English.
• Order and maintain office supplies and other items as required.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally articulate with strong written composition for business and personal communication.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proactive in managing ahead (calendar, scheduling, due dates).
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, use sound judgement, and be proactive in taking on new tasks.
• Work well under pressure, requires multitasking and being a team player.
• Detail oriented, well developed organizational skills and a strategic thinker.
