Marketing Manager – Middle East (F/M)

Temporary contract of 5 months – August 2022 to January 2023

Position based in Dubai

The Marketing Manager – replacement for Maternity Leave – will play a vital role in the definition and implementation of Marketing activations for the Maison in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar). He/she will report to and work very closely with the General Manager and lead the proactive local strategical marketing plan including Trade Marketing, events, CRM and visual merchandising activities as well as sales and competitor analysis. The role will support the brand regional development and will help driving business growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Build Middle East Marketing action plan, guarantee business growth across retail and wholesale channels
• Promote an effective implementation of marketing campaigns, growing brand value and image through selection, evaluation and approval of the appropriate media
• Elaborate and implement animations concepts, boutique events with the support of the Retail Team and activations / special events
• Guarantee a smooth rollout of the marketing plan in the region (media campaigns, events, point of sales animations, CRM, clienteling)
• Manage the local marketing budget to ensure the return of investment for every action, KPIs and P&L and monitor performance
• Management of the local VM
• Set up a pro-active collaboration as well as a Marketing Plan for the Wholesale Partners across the region
• Identify opportunities & strategies to take out best practices / benchmark of the competitors’ activations in the region
• Create quantitative and qualitative monthly/quarterly brand performance reports
• Clienteling, one to one, one to many communication, animation and gifting
• Work collaboratively with Communication team

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business school
  
  A minimum of 3/5 years of solid work experience in operational marketing, CRM experience is a plus
• Good understanding of the luxury environment and of the Middle East culture, experience in jewelry is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent English. Arabic is a real plus (written & spoken)
