Responsibilities

• Clear and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience

• Clearing and resetting tables according to standards

Requirements

• Strong guest service experience

• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

• Excellent ability to read and speak and write English
