RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for Selection/Onboarding process including reviewing and shortlisting CVs, conducting interview alongside respective Line manager and arrange technical tests – where required.
- Handle Onboarding process in entirety including administrating new employee data on Workday, pre-employment checks i.e. reference, security etc., creating employee file, preparing welcome induction kit, Company ID etc. and responsible for CV database and recruitment sites/agency coordination.
- Be point of contact for job descriptions within MEA region and ensure they are reviewed and updated, as and when required.
- Support Head of HR during annual salary review and bonus payout. Collect and maintain information for the annual regional comp & ben review.
- Support Head of HR in reviewing/updating and implementing Policies and Procedures for the region.
- Responsible for accurate Workday administration including but not limited to maintaining historical human resource records, position creation, salary details, personnel data, hiring, assignment changes and leaving details. Also responsible for leave data maintenance.
- Take the lead and support Head of HR identify personnel training & development needs for MEA region through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and guidance of Head of HR.
- Responsible for alignment of employment contracts with corporate guidelines and local legislations of country/region and also maintenance of Labor Law comparative analysis for region.
- Manage elements of Performance Management System. Be part of the expert circle for PM process reviewing and system testings. Track and do quality checks through various reports.
- Focal point for Medical Insurance/Life Insurance in entirety and annual renewal process and Progress tracker updates by following-up through Employees Survey and post survey action Plan.
- Responsible for all HR/Visa related transactions on DSO portal and related general supervision of PRO ensuring smooth delivery of HR Support/Services to Employees.
- Responsible for exit process including but not limited conducting exit interviews, calculating final settlements etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- University (First degree)
- Min 5 years of HR Experience in Generalist HR Function
- Experience in working with different cultures/legislations in MEA Region (UAE, KSA, Jordan, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Iran)
- Experience working with ERP System, preferable knowledge of WorkDay
- Ability to travel
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in developing/updating HR policies/procedure.
- Knowledge of UAE employment law/legislation and visa related processes.
- Strong skills in preparing presentation/ generating reports
