About the Role
Evergent is searching for an extraordinary person to manage highly complex Tier 1 media and communications accounts across the Middle East. Successful candidates will possess a proven track record for delivering exceptional outcomes and value for strategic accounts.
Main Responsibilities
The primary responsibility for the role is to ensure a high level of customer retention and satisfaction with Evergent’s core products and team. You will accomplish this by building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at existing accounts.
Represent Evergent proudly at all levels with partners and customers, including at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
8+ years account/project management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with large M&E and/or telecom/MSO clientels, specifically dealing with Director and C-Level executives but with the ability to forge meaningful relationships at all levels of an organization from the working to the executive level.
BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Travel
