Role Purpose:
The role is responsible to provide support to the overall operations of the Photo Studio ensuring timely execution and upload of images on the website and Application in line with MAF Lifestyle guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Operations
Financial & Standards
Customer
- Coordinate transfer orders between Studio, Stores and warehouse.
- Maintain and update trackers for relevant stake holders
- Liaise with Photo Studio and Stores to ensure smooth operations within SLAs.
- Ensure assets shared by Studio are uploaded in CMS
- Coordinate with Planning and Buying for collecting assets in a timely manner
- Collect and create assets for App/website platforms
- Arrange for reshoot and in store shoots whenever required
- Ensure timely deliveries of product photos and copy as per pre-defined SLAs and business priorities
- Deal with damaged/excess and shortage of items when required.
- Ensure stock transfers are done in accurate and timely manner
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external customers, to ensure timely upload and quality of photos.

- Diploma or Degree holder
Experience
- 1-2 years of related business experience
- Experience in photo studio is an advantage
